This guarantees that your ring is free from manufacturing defects, including material flaws, design or setting issues, and structural weaknesses. If any issue arises, we'll address it promptly and efficiently, ensuring your ring remains a symbol of love and commitment for years to come.

  • What is Not Covered?

    Please note our warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday wear and tear, misuse, or accidents, including discoloration from chemicals, cosmetics, or perspiration, and gemstone loss due to damaged or bent prongs. The warranty is void if your ring is stolen, lost or repaired by another external jeweler. Keep your ring protected with proper care, and only have it serviced by our authorised team.

    We offer an optional silver prototype service for custom designs, allowing you to try on and test your ring before committing to the final piece.
