Once your order is placed or your custom ring design is approved, we start crafting your unique engagement ring. Our professional manufacturing process usually takes 1-3 weeks, from initial creation to final polishing and packaging.

North American delivery takes 2-7 business days, while international times vary. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your special day. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable. For an additional fee of $300, we offer rush services to ensure your engagement ring is completed and delivered within 7-12 business days. This expedited service will not compromise the quality of your ring. Please contact us before ordering to confirm your desired delivery date.
