Creating Your Renders

  • Starting Design Fee

    A non-refundable design fee of $150 + tax is required to create your custom design. This fee will be applied as a credit towards the total cost of your ring at the time of purchase.

  • High Quality Images

    Our service includes professional 3D renders and up to 4 revisions to ensure your design meets your vision. Additional design revisions for your ring are available for $30 + tax each.

Optional Silver Prototype

Need more than just renders? We offer an optional silver ring prototyping service, priced at $400 + tax. This realistic replica allows you to experience your ring in real life before creating your item. The prototype is yours to keep.

      Once your design is finalised, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required to begin. Production takes approximately 1 to 4 weeks, with regular updates provided along the way.

    • Collection or Shipping

      Collect your ring in person or opt for secure, tracked and free shipping. Final remaining balance is due at collection or before shipment. We accept debit card, credit card and bank transfers only.

    • Express Service

      All rings are made from scratch, requiring time to ensure quality. Rush service may be available for select custom designs, allowing for 1-2 week delivery. Please inquire for more information.

    We offer free shipping for USA and Canadian orders, with delivery typically taking 2-9 business days. For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote on fees and estimated delivery times based on your country.*

      • We specialise in general custom ring designs only and do not create complex 3D visuals, such as faces, animals, or any intricate natural scenes and objects.

      • 18K rose gold designs are not eligible for a lifetime warranty due to their brittleness. For lifetime warranty coverage for rose gold, please consider our 10K and 14K rose gold options.

      • We reserve the right to decline custom design requests that are beyond our expertise, cannot be accurately manufactured, or infringe on existing copyrights.

      *Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authority, as these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on the country of import.

      *Ring size adjustments exceeding two sizes larger may require additional gold to be added, which may incur a supplementary fee to cover the extra materials.
